After months of planning, the final preparations were like a mad dash to the finish. It took a lot more than I had initially thought, to put together 23 days worth of food, label it, divide into mailable bundles and get the right address on a timeline to send at different mail drops.
We are off to Vermont via Canada! Go Camille!
